Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking full-time Floating Physical Therapists to join our team. At OSS, we promote a quality work environment. Our clinics are fun; full of supportive colleagues who all share an interest in creating the best possible place to work.

The patients are our priority, and they can count on us to meet their needs. At many therapy practices, care is delegated to aides and techs so that therapists can simultaneously oversee multiple patients’ rehab. We think patients and their referring providers should expect better. At OSS, we don’t overlap appointments. Therapists are scheduled for 40-minute treatment sessions with one patient at a time. With our one-on-one model, every patient is seen by a licensed rehab professional for the entire duration of every visit giving our therapists the best chance to get them well.

The floating physical therapist functions as a staff physical therapist and has the same job responsibilities as a staff physical therapist, with these additional duties.

• Provides staff physical therapy services at all 18 OSS clinic locations, sometimes traveling in-between multiple clinics on the same workday.
• Work cooperatively and communicate regularly with the corporate office to establish a work schedule, which is varied and changes frequently. Accurate scheduling is essential in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
2. Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
